Should be able to choose what data should be nested on indexedDB objectStores

In the configuration, I should make it so that I can specify how to nest the data in the objectStores that are output to IndexedDB. In this sense the user can get more leverage out of their relational data using NoSQL.

I think that would bring this library up to v1.0.0 status.
