Description
So it can be merged with other sources, e.g. DCAT-AP from https://dumps.wikimedia.org/wikidatawiki/entities/dcatap.rdf.
Candidate properties and classes:

- dcat:dataset (suproperty of dct:hasPart)
- dcat:Distribution
- dcat:accessURL, dcat:downloadURL (link to file)
- dcterms:format (MIME type)
- dcat:byteSize (size of file)
- http://open.vocab.org/terms/compressedFileSize (compressed file size)
- dcterms:issued (date)
- dcterms:description (brief description)
- dcat:CatalogRecord (additional level, optional)
- PROV Ontology to express relations between files
- http://open.vocab.org/terms/hasMD5 for checksum
- dcterms:extent with datatype integer for number of records
