Can we consolidate initiator and initiator type? And potentially destination? #1563

It would be kind of nice if those creating requests only had to set one of these and the rest would be derived.
"initiator type" and "destination" are exposed to web developers and CSP depends on "initiator", but in principle there is nothing stopping us from taking a single input and mapping it accordingly.
