TODO:

  • BUG/UBY: nesting between workon_venv and workon_conda
    • TST: wec dotfiles; we dotfiles
    • TST: we dotfiles; wec dotfiles
    • ENH: dotfiles/venv.py: also support CONDA_ENVS_PATH (instead of WORKON_HOME)
      • UBY: TBD
