Multi feature and root state?

I really loved the original article, and I was looking forward to seeing a working example. However, this example doesn't illustrate the use of multiple store feature modules, or how to integrate them in Angular modules.
It also doesn't show the use of a root state. In regard to this specifically, is the omission just for the sake of simplicity?
Is there anywhere in the history of the repo where this was present?
Can you recommend any other examples that illustrate the structure proposed in your article?

I will look around and let you know. I have actually moved away from the pattern in the article to an extent and am working on writing a new updated one based on my experience implementing at the current FinTech company I consult with. I’ll keep you updated. I feel like the managing file uploads repo more closely follows my recommendations nowadays.

First of all, thanks for your article. I was wondering where I could find the multi module approach, just like @muiscatron. Maybe you could briefly describe the new approach you teased in the comment above?!
