knob UI suggestions

• mouse input direction
  would be nice if the knobs not only accepted mouse-x as input but also -mouse-y.
  the user can always decide.
• sensitivity toggle
  hold shift.. only affect value *0.1 or even 0.01
• reset to default value functionality
  could be bould to middle or right mousebutton

what I noticed with the delay component demo:

• couldn't get 'dry' to 0, only allowed a min value of 0.04
• had a hard time setting the 'type', very sensitive knob
