bring in cyc pathways #47

The cyc pathways are not actively maintained, but we do still host them and it is possible to associate them with genes...
Here is an example set of arabidopsis genes associated with photosynthesis light reactions.

scope of work:
generate a pathways collection
gather gene annotations to reactions/pathways (from ftp site?)
extend swagger schema
produce solr suggestions from pathways collection
extend solr genes schema if necessary
