1. video stream without timestamps
   • use fps set in the stream
   • create pts in VideoThread (now - start_time)
   • seek happens?
   • pts(bytes)
2. normal streams but set to a lower fps
   • sync to audio/external: drop frame. what frames to drop?
   • sync to video: resample audio
3. seeking
   • local stream: seek by byte
