Ask for multi-stakeholder review in the Explainer Explainer

I think this already present: we have a "Stakeholder Feedback / Opposition" in the template. I don't think we need to have words in the Explainer Explainer that duplicate everything in the template. So I think we can close this, but I'll wait a bit for anyone else's thoughts first.
