Mailing list search results are too huge

Describe the issue
The results of a mailing list archive search are printed in a humongous font with excessive whitespace, and therefore very difficult to skim through. This makes the search results very uncomfortable to use.

Recommended solution
Reduce the font size to a normal text size, use bolding or italics for emphasis, and reduce the amount of white space so that the density of the search results approximates the density of e.g. the mailing list index pages.
