[Bug Report][3.10.2] VDataTable props color in VDataTable does not change the color of the select checkbox

Vuetify Version: 3.10.2
Vue Version: 3.5.21
OS: Windows 10 (current)

Expected Behavior

color="primary" should append primary color to select checkbox

Actual Behavior

color="primary" does not append primary color to select checkbox

Previous requests were closed because it is as simple as:

<v-defaults-provider :defaults="{ VDataTable: { VCheckboxBtn: { color: 'red'}}}">
...
</v-defaults-provider>

We could port checkbox-color from v2.5, though..

color currently only applies to the sort badges in the header, I don't see why it shouldn't affect checkboxes too.
