We are considering the use of jpeg-encoder in Chromium as part of the wider effort for providing memory safe implementations of image codecs (congratulations for your great work on this crate!)
While doing initial work of importing it, we found an issue on license validation because there is missing a LICENSE-IJG file. Some context here:
