Last module test is done against quite old nginx version, also several new-ish issues are without response from devs.

@hagaram Sorry for late reply. I'm a collaborator of this module. Recent month, I didn't have any time to contribute this module becase I'm too busy my main job. The author and some contributor have each main job, we cannot contribute full time basically. Thus we apologize that we cannot reply some question or investigate the issue quickly.
