Found the file on my pc without downloading it

I've been trying to find out where the .ZIP came from. I haven't touched this Github page in my whole entire life but yet its on my fresh windows start laptop. Any idea if theres another program installing this on my laptop? Also i dont have discord installed on this laptop.
