Creating a Custom Next.js Project Starter from Internal Templates Using Turborepo

Summary

I’m working on creating a monorepo (using Turborepo) to keep multiple Next.js + TypeScript UI templates for my company. My goal is to be able to use one of these templates to start a new standalone Next.js project, similar to how you’d do with npx create-next-app@latest my-app, but using our internal templates.

Could anyone please advise on:

The best way to organize and manage multiple Next.js templates in a Turborepo?
How to “bootstrap” or copy one of those templates to create a new, independent Next.js project (ideally with a simple CLI command, for internal company use)?
Any recommended tools, scripts, or workflows for this process?
Any tips or examples would be greatly appreciated!
