A --capture option has been added to collect diagnostic data into a debug-data sub-folder of the IR directory. What data has been captured is written to the Gen-IR log.

During output processing dependencies are not chased through dynamic dependencies. The effect is to reduce duplication of bc files since they will only be copied to the folder of the dynamic library and not to the folders of the component dependent on the dynamic library.
