Surprise v0.10.7 incoming!

As announced recently, v0.10.6 was supposed to be the last planned bugfix release before v0.11.0. However, it turned out that rendered JavaDocs are not usable due to missing stylesheets.

On the other hand, there's new Maven Central process that we need to follow - it will be a good opportunity to not only correct the bug, but also to exercise the new process.
