chore: update CLI transcripts for current output format

Description

The checked-in docs/CLI-TRANSCRIPTS.md is stale after the connect renderer restoration and subsequent visual changes. The CI demo-preview job generates fresh transcripts as release artifacts but does not commit them back to the repo.

What's stale

• Connect flow transcripts reference the old emitter output, not the ConnectRenderer with heartbeat bloom spinner
• Per-source result paths changed from last-result.json to results/{source}.json
• Skill commands (vana skill list/install/show) not documented
• MCP command (vana mcp) not documented

Options

1. Manually regenerate and commit transcripts
2. Add a CI step that commits updated transcripts (auto-update on push)
3. Accept that checked-in transcripts are reference-only and CI artifacts are the source of truth
