How to automatically close external terminal after ending debugging session?

Hi, I started to use codelldb extension in VScode, but there is one thing that is somewhat irritating. Every time the application ends execution or the debugging session is terminated (with red stop square), the terminal displays text Press any key to continue . . . and keeps the terminal window open. When launching application again new terminal opens. Is there a way to automatically close the terminal window after the end of program execution or ending the debugging session? Or maybe at least to reuse the same terminal window?

AFAIK, you can't - it's a hardcoded vscode behavior.
