How to use the CLI "--settings" parameter

I want to set the parameters directly from the CLI.
I saw the --settings option but I don't know how to use it, I get a [ERROR codelldb] expected value at line 1 column 1.
Do I need to pass a file path containing the settings, or a string, or an array ?

For example, if I want to set the parameter lldb.showDisassembly to always, how can I do ?
