Sage does not pick up reviews for long-horizon claude tasks

I had claude run a 10 minute implement of a plan. Sage was able to review short-horizon planning conversations, but failed to review the long implementation. It says "Waiting for Claude response".

I was able to work around that by including Stop before editing any files and show me the suggested change in my prompt. That way Stop hook is invoked and Sage gets a chance to review the change.

To clarify, it wasn't a plan -- Sage actually was fine when reviewing the several prompts I generated leading up to the code edit. It just did a really long code implement and never picked it up.

@schennam714 Can't seem to replicate this on my end. Did Sage review subsequent prompt/repsonses or was it stuck on "Waiting for Claude response" for the rest of the conversation?
