Check which UI tooling support ink! v6, ping them about upgrading

• Dedot + Typink (Dedot & Typink use-inkubator/Ecosystem-Grants#59)
• ink!athon (ink!athon v2 use-inkubator/Ecosystem-Grants#54)

Update:

• PAPI now supports ink! v6.

• PolkadotJS api-contract package support for ink!v6 is in progress. I am working on it. Draft PR: feat(api-contract): add support for ink! v6 and pallet-revive compatibility polkadot-js/api#6158
