Subject: [PATCH 1/2] migrate to new template system

Since Hugo v0.146.0 it introduces the new template system.

* `layout: list` seems no longer to work. `books/_index.md`
treated as a "section" kind.
* `layouts/partials` is renamed to `layouts/_partials`.
