unsloth trainer way off targets

today i woke up !
I went to train my model like normal ...
the night before my model was 0.3 variation on training my dataset... closed the model tested it works fine :
This morning i reloaded the model and it would not train as it was way off target 10.43 ???
I went to check other models and they were all off ? according to the trainer ?
How can this be right has there been a update to the trainer ?

Usual i have no problem with retraining !
i aways use the last datsset i trained !
it must be software error ??
