Complete documents and drawings of EB Ground Station

There are several documents that need updating. There is a box in the lab with all relevant documents that I call the "documents box."

• The station block diagram needs to be moved from Visio to Lucid Charts and the latest modifications applied
• The backplane wiring diagram needs to be put into Lucid Charts. Currently it is a whiteboard photo.
• The Tracker Arduino Shield needs to be put into Eagle. Currently it is a hand drawing in the "documents box."
