Replace network box

Re-build another instance of network box after the last version broke at RobotX (when the UPS died). Also somewhat related to #970.

Spoke with Cameron and agreed the pressing issue related to the network box is a lack of a functional UPS.

After speaking with Adrian and Cameron, we agreed a compact UPS with a modular power supply cable would be ideal so I'll have to continue searching. There are a few compact modular UPS's, but they're in the $300-$500 range.
