Use shiki instead of prism for code block component

Hi,

As well known, the prism project has been dead for more than 2 years, it introduces a lot of issues like:

1. Syntax highlighting for new syntax in modern languages doesn't work
2. Code highlighting/editing is malfunctioning on some new languages (such as toml)

It seems shiki is a very actively developing project focusing on the same purpose of prism.
Do we have any plan to do the migration?
