setuid and setgid should be overridable.

setuid and setgid global options should be overridable, and should probably not default to root.

It seems like these are overrideable, as it says in the README.markdown:

    global_opts => { 'setuid' => '32', 'setgid' => '104' },

(these should be set to stunnel4 for debian, not root)
