Implement asset fingerprinting on resources accessed from within the markdown file.

This will mean that the assets for each resource will be digested as each markdown file is compiled.

A pegdown extension will probably be required for this purpose, perhaps forcing us to drop play-doc in favour of using pegdown directly.
