Definition Standards: How to unify submitted game structures?

This section of the ReadMe should lay out best practices when forming .twee files so that each library integrates well with any other in the "toolkit".

Going with "code talks" I've submitted a preliminary TwineQuest_proposal into the demo folder. This does not alleviate the need for good documentation (of course). My motivation here is to create a framework for plugins to TwineQuest so that they do play nice and the plugin dev is alleviated from too much boilerplate code and pointless bootstrapping.

Actual code for the TwineQuest.twee core and some supporting files have been submitted. I'm already starting to change on of my existing projects to use this (and it's making my life easier already!)

I'm going to work on the wiki documentation as I get time. Feel free to ask questions because that lets me know which parts of the docs need the most attention.
