Whitelist Paths

This is an amazing project. Shout out to everyone who worked on this project. Wish I found this sooner.

This might be a "me" problem, but when I was taking a look at the commands I saw mo clean --dry-run which shows the list of files that would be cleaned. The next one in the list is mo clean --whitelist and the description says it manages protected caches. However when I ran the command it pretty much did a mo clean.

I was expecting I would get an option to list files that I would be able to add to the whitespace.

Please let me know if my reasoning makes sense... If I am missing something please let me know.
