Multiple macro pages / bound key is displayed in the GUI menu without having to hit edit.

Hello,

I think this mod can benefit greatly with two features.

One would be having multiple nameable macro pages that you can swap too without having to rebind all your keys if dealing with a ton of macros and allows us to save different settings that we can swap too on the fly.

Secondly, this is a minor request but I'd like the ability to see what keys I have bound in the GUI where the list of all the commands we have are. Currently you have to click the edit macro button to see what key you have bound and it's hard to keep track of.
