Differentiation between Grants and Loans

This was mentioned early in the tool development, but was not kept. Now Claire mentioned it again, and it seems it is important for her purposes.

So, it would be great if there could be a radio button or something similar for every money connection, with the options Grant and Loan. It should be visible only in the Properties window.

I know that this is a bit sudden, but I assume it does not require much work, and if that's true, it would be nice to add it :). If it is complicated, just leave it as it is for now.

Can you explain it a bit more detailed? What does it mean and how does it compare to disbursed and pledged?

Grants are when someone gets the money and does not have to return it, and Loans are credits, that have to be returned (with interest or not). It does not relate to Disbursed and Pledged, as a Loan can be disbursed or pledged, and a Grant can also be disbursed or pledged.

That's fine, it does not have to be until tomorrow, but can this be included in the issues to resolve before the finalization of the tool? It does not have to, since it was mentioned really at the last moment, but if it can be included, as a bonus, it would be great :)
