Add a brief explanation of each of

• GetNspatialIdsAroundVoxcels()
• GetSpatialIdsWithinRadiusOfLine()
• FitClearanceAroundExtendedSpatialID()

and a code-based example of how to use them. The explanation should include how to use each of the parameters.

Additional context
Also, add speed performance of GetSpatialIdsWithinRadiusOfLine
