Can't download archive

I try to download archive using sublimall in sublime text (infinite "Requesting archive"), 2 browsers (ff & chrome) and 3 ISPs. In any cases i recieve only 73477 bytes. What's the problem?

Can you show me Sublimall log file ? It's in your home as sublimall.log.
