Make Tor2web auto-starts starts by default with a default config #294
Description
This ticket is to make Tor2web auto-starts starts by default with a default config.
The default config file (or the absence of a config file), should auto-start tor2web on port-80 (HTTP) with a default static page saying:
"This is a default Tor2web configuration installation. To configure it, look at Wiki https://github.com/globaleaks/tor2web/wiki or use ready-made configuration files available in /usr/share/tor2web/data/conf/ "
That way the software will be able to autostart at installation time.
