Add some App Settings

Settings Menu:

• Merge "Smileys" and "People" Categories (On/Off)
• Emoji Size (Whole Number in Pixels squared, don’t show the Measuring Unit in the GUI)

Other Settings:

• Window Size
  (adjust by dragging the Window Edges. Emote should always restore the last set Window Size.)

Emote already has a Hamburger Menu.
I was shocked when i seen "Settings" is not listed there.
