Support curly braces in placeholders

Currently curly braces in placeholders are not supported (for example: {{path/to/{a,b}/{x,y,z}/{h,i,j}}}). This has also been discussed in #17189. As a result, the tldr bot will raise a warning in translated pages with such placeholders.

That is not a nested placeholder though. path/to/{a,b} is literal shell syntax.

AFAIK perl isn't available on all platforms. I would say we should stick to sed and @dmmqz suggested to use sed -E 's/\{\{([^}]|(\{[^}]*\}))*\}\}/{{}}/g': #17189 (comment). I haven't tried myself yet.

From what I looked around, sed doesn't seem to have greedy search either.

I made the assumption that curly braces within placeholders only get used when they surround characters (like the example I added to this issue). Are there any commands that don't follow this pattern? I do think, if possible, it would be better to use @Managor's perl command.
