Servers MVP functionality
Functionality

• Clicking on servers on the left tab lets you switch between servers.
• Clicking on + icon lets you create a new server.
• Visting a url to a server you are not a member of opens a modal to request membership.
• Can leave servers

Errors

• Displays errors on joining nonexistent server.
• Displays errors on creating servers which already exist.
  Before Login
• Attempting to visit any server url without login redirects you to login page.

Style

• Join and create server modals appear on top of other elements on page.
• Remove Redux logger and all console.log()'s from production

Woops, I accidentally broke something while working on another mvp. My mistake as I thought I was working on a different branch.

In the meantime unfortunately opening a url directly via your browser will infinitely loop.
