Simplify the parameters view and show only the options that are used

Currently, we see all the trigger/job/step options possible in the sidebar, but it would be nice to reduce them to only the required ones or the ones already used in an existing workflow.

We can add optional options via a select input that add the options per block.

The UI will be less overwhelm and confusing for new GitHub Actions users.
