Currently, the SP1 prover worker is unstable, and randomly crashes.
We don't plan on upgrading SP1 5.0.8 anytime soon, so we will need a strategy to not let this instability affect the quality of our services.
We need a monitoring service that will check for public.ecr.aws/succinct-labs/moongate:v5.0.8 on docker ps; if no instance is found, then the prover service should be restarted
