First clone for new user with existing config runs into problems with prompts for ssh hosts/keys #236
Description
When you first clone on a new machine you often get prompted to accept new remote hosts and unlock your ssh keys. This presents a bit of a problem with gitopolis clone when given a config by a colleague.
If you run into this please do let us know what issues you ran in to. It would be theoretically possible to make sure all the prompts still work rather than failing/hanging or whatever it does now. Obviously as I'm not a new user I don't have this problem so much so real world reports appreciated.
Relates to #230 to some extent due to interacdtive/tty behaviour
