Reprex support for webr and Shinylive REPLs

Tagging @jennybc and @georgestagg. Sorry, if this is the wrong place for this feature request/idea. Please ignore this if it is outside of scope. It would be convenient if there was a separate package or set of unctions to easily generate webr or Shinylive REPL URLs based on code snippets. Users could then share the URL with colleagues and let them directly run the code in the browser. The R version and the R packages supported might be a limitation, if user's systems aren't in sync with the REPL.
