Encrypt Operation Error -4303 on iOS

Attaching a sample project. ti-bug-repro.zip using the ti.crypto module to encrypt / decrypt. It works on android but gives an error in iOS on encryption.

Error during crypt operation - -4303

Looks like this error is a KCCAlignmentError.
I'm going to dig a little more to see if I can figure out a workaround or if it's an error in the crypto module. I wanted to open the discussion to see if anyone had suggestions of what I could do

Whelp, I figured it out! passing the following option on iOS fixed the error:

	algorithm: crypto.ALGORITHM_AES128,
	options: crypto.OPTION_PKCS7PADDING,

});

just wanted to say we should put this in the docs, but it looks like the example already has it:

the default is 0 and the options are 1 and 2. As I don't have any experience with that module I can't say if it might be better to have one of those as a default option or if you can use it without one in some cases.

Thanks for commenting. Yeah, I wonder if it would ever work without the padding option on ios.
I would say that it was confusing to know which was the most up-to-date documentation for the module. The documentation here seems a bit out of date, for example not documenting the createCryptor function. It does look like the .md files within the ti.crypto repo are pretty good.

ah, it's only using the apidocs folder: https://github.com/tidev/ti.crypto/blob/a0f7230b35f5f0e423b6ddff7e511a2d3786fb2c/apidoc/CryptoModule.yml not the individual md files from the modules subfolders. So I guess the solution would be to move that content into the main apidocs
