Please package as a lib and push to NuGet

I really like what you did here. Minecraft developers running servers on the same machine as the W10 client suffer badly from this. I do a Minecraft server (MiNET), and so want to use this to exempt Minecraft when i start the server (it's the No.1 FAQ). Would you consider package part of this as a library and push it to NuGet?
