Prompt during robo install: Do you want to make a new backup?

Allows you to make a brand new backup so you can always get the latest.

I think making this a parameter is probably the way to go, because regular devs won't probably need this too much.

robo:install --new-backup

You could additionally only prompt when the latest backup is older than a certain amount of time.
