Styling and Layout components like hv-uikit-react

I've noticed the HTML is getting a bit messy (seen when adding machine config dialog settings.

It would be nice to have something similar to the hv-uikit-react HvTypography and HvStack to render text and layout elements. This would give us a mini uikit style layout system to reduce the clutter.

Some of this was done as part of the large internal refactor.

Will leave this open as a reminder to revist.
