Describe the feature

It would be useful to add support for the OpenAI-compatible API for the summarization feature, in addition to the existing integrations with Claude and Ollama.

This enhancement would enable the use of many more providers, including LM Studio, Groq, Openrouter, and, of course, ChatGPT.
