Missing Storage Block Tags

The Ender Pearl Block, Nether Star Block and ATM Star Blocks are all missing the c:storage_blocks item tags.

This was fixed with #17 so will be resolved once that's released.

Currently they have the c:storage_blocks/{material} tags but not c:storage_blocks tag.
