cupcake.cmake package not found by Conan

Attempting to cupcake build the default project yields:

ERROR: Package 'cupcake.cmake/1.2.1@github/thejohnfreeman' not resolved: Unable to find 'cupcake.cmake/1.2.1@github/thejohnfreeman' in remotes.
